As a consultant in the Finasia Capital team, Saidazim is engaged in financial modeling, business plan analysis, and assessing the financial condition of companies. His experience includes analytical work at the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan, analysis of business plans within the framework of Orient Group Management and the Uzbek-Tajik Fund.

Saidazim also actively participated in initiatives such as "SAIDS FAMILY BUSINESS" and UNIAGRI GROUP (Frutystan brand) and has practical experience in agriculture and attracting foreign investment. Saidazim is a graduate of the Business with Finance (BBA) program at Westminster International University in Tashkent.
