Just before joining Finasia Capital team, he served as a Manager at PwC Tashkent, he led projects in financial transformation, data-driven performance management, and digital innovation across the banking and corporate sectors. His expertise in financial modeling, profitability assessment, and automation of reporting processes using tools such as Alteryx, Python, Power BI, and UiPath will contribute our further development of full scale financial advisory team. Foziljon holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Public Policy from the Korea Development Institute (KDI), sponsored by the Korean Government, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies. Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English, Foziljon combines technical acumen with strategic insight to help organizations unlock value through financial and digital excellence.
