Otabek Isakov, as Executive Director, is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the organisation's mission while managing the execution of tasks in a timely manner. His diverse experience includes roles at Moneff, a global fintech company, where he excelled as a Compliance Analyst and Onboarding Specialist, and at Safenetpay, a global payments provider, as an AML Transaction Monitoring Analyst. Otabek's expertise extends to credit monitoring, and he has worked at Kapital Bank, an open joint-stock commercial bank in Uzbekistan. Otabek earned his MSc in Marketing at Loughborough University's School of Business and Economics and holds a Bachelor of Banking from the Tashkent Institute of Finance. Fluent in English and proficient in Indonesian, Malay, and Uzbek, Otabek has also completed the ICA Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence with Distinction.
